Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) will focus on accelerating the land certification and eradicating land mafia during the remainder of Jokowi’s government.

Minister AHY says that his party continues to expand the reach of the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL) as 104 city/regency throughout Indonesia aims to be fully certified in 2024.

According to him, the PTSL program is important, not only to give justice to the people, but also to provide a good investment climate full of legal certainty, particularly in land and spatial planning.

PTSL is a governmental program that has been planned since 2017. The program aims to ease and accelerate the land registration process for the people.

The program also aims to improve legal certainty for land rights and prevent land disputes in the future.

Minister AHY has also visited various regions in Indonesia to resolve various land mafia cases that have been halted.
