Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform will recruit 600,000 for Civil Servant Candidates (CASN), with 200,000 destined for the National Capital (IKN).
Minister Abdullah Azwar Anas said that the need for 600,000 formations for the central government is based on the calculation of civil servants retiring in the past and next five years.
"Out of the 600,000, 200,000 civil servants will enter IKN. So, when they register, they immediately indicate their willingness to go to IKN," he said on Wednesday (17/4/2024).
Minister Azwar Anas also planned that the recruitment for the 600,000 candidates would target young graduates, emphasizing the need for multitasking skills, according to antaranews.com.
The transfer of civil servants to IKN will adjust to housing and infrastructure availability, he said. Initially, about 11,000 civil servants will move to IKN.
Furthermore, many civil servants desire to be transferred to IKN, even if not included in the formations, including doctors and professionals from various backgrounds, which is seen as positive, he said.
