Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, a subsidiary of state-owned oil company Pertamina, has increased the supply of 3 kg liquified petroleum gas (LPG) by 14.4 million canisters, totaling 43 thousand metric tons (MT), across Indonesia Sunday. 

This move aimed to meet the heightened demand during the Eid Al-Fitr festive season, according to antaranews.com. 

Mars Ega Legowo Putra, the Regional Marketing Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga, convinced the public on Monday (15/4/2024) of the security of stocks in official outlets and encouraged purchasing from them to access government-regulated prices. 

Irto Ginting, the Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, confirmed the availability of 3 kg LPG stock for up to 15 days, with measures in place to ensure availability from LPG Filling Stations (SPBE) to agents and depots. 

Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared 5,027 standby outlets to operate during holidays.
