inp.polri.go.id -  Police secured a man with the initials of A from Bojonegoro due to the allegations of killing and rob the property of his secret lover in a hotel at Sidoarjo, East Java. The Head of Sidoarjo Police, Commissioner Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro explained that he murdered his secret lover due to his frustration with F who constantly told about the reckless life of A full of debts. "He had relationship with F for about three years despite A having already married," said Bojonegoro Poloce Chief quoted from Antara news office. The Police Chief then explained that when the two was having a quarrel, A was so mad that he begins to choke F in the neck, then wraps her veil around her face, suffocating her to death. After realizing that her secret lover had died, A fled with a motorcycle, money, and ATM belonging to F. Commissioner Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro then told that their party managed to arrest the suspect in Bojonegoro. "Fortunately, this case can be disclosed in less than 24 hours," he said. For that, they will be charged with multiple legal articles, Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning intentionally taking the lives of others with a maximum prison sentence of 15 years, and Article 635 Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code concerning theft with violence with a maximum prison sentence of 15 years.
