inp.polri.go.id - Palembang. As the 2024 Regional Head Election looms ahead, as the South Sumatra Regional Police official, Senior Superintendent Sigit Adiwuryanto assures the people that his institution will remain neutral during the election and carries out their duties according to the law.

During a morning call, led by Sigit, he reminds all personnel to not take any sides during the election, not to facilitate, give suggestions, or support to any election candidates.

“If we find our personnel involved in practical politics, then we will enforce the law against them according to the applicable law,” warned Sigit.

Sigit also reminds all personnel to be the cooling system during the election by providing positive information and preventing misinformations from spreading.

“During the election, please maintain your relationship with the people and not to be easily provoked with the uncertain issues,” concludes Sigit in his morning call remarks.
