Inp.polri.go.id - Denpasar.  Telkomsel, a subsidiary of TelkomGroup, has guaranteed the optimization of capacity and quality of networks across all main and vital locations for the Archipelagic and Island States (AIS) Forum 2023 in Nusa Dua, Bali. Nugroho, the Director of Network at Telkomsel, said that through reliable technology capacity, leading-edge 4G and 5G broadband networks, and a range of flagship digital products and services, Telkomsel guaranteed network quality for all delegates of the AIS Forum 2023. "Telkomsel, as the largest convergence services provider in Indonesia, supports the organization of the AIS Forum 2023," he was quoted by antaranews.com as saying. The network optimization involved expanding network coverage and capacity and improving connectivity quality in 55 existing 4G/LTE BTS (Base Transceiver Stations) and 11 existing 5G BTS. Additionally, 16 new 4G/LTE BTS and 3 new 5G BTS were added, along with 2 Compact Mobile BTS (COMBAT) units and 4 BTS Easy Macro units during the AIS Forum. Nugroho explained that to facilitate access to communication services and enhance the digital experience for foreign delegates throughout the AIS Forum 2023, Telkomsel offered various flagship digital products and services, such as Tourist Prepaid Cards with data quotas of up to 25 GB. Telkomsel has set up a number of customer service centers at several locations to assist with Tourist Prepaid Card registration, IMEI device registration, data package purchase, top-up, Telkomsel One convergence service purchase, 5G network service activation, and activation of Telkomsel's digital lifestyle services, such as MAXstream, Dunia Games, and more. Telkomsel has also ensured the availability of international roaming services in Indonesia for delegates of the AIS Forum 2023 who wish to continue using services from their home countries.
