Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah says that improving competence is one of the preparations in facing various employment challenges.

During the International Labor Day in Cilincing, North Jakarta, Ida explains that her party upholds the theme of “MayDay 2024: Cooperation to Realize Competent Labor”.

“This came from our common desire to make the competence improvement as part of our definite answer for the 4.0 industrial challenges. One that we must continue to do is to improve our human resource quality,” said Ida on Wednesday (5/1/2024).

She said that the government aims to continue to improve the human resource quality to be better than the other states.

The goal is at least Indonesia has the best human resource in ASEAN, then moving forward to Asia level, and eventually the world. These steps must be taken to realize 2045 Golden Indonesia.

“I keep saying this and will continue to do so to push ourselves, invite others to commit, not just the laborers but also entrepreneurs,” calls Ida.
