Inp.polri.go.id - West Java. The West Java Regional Police provides a statement for the development of Dago Elos case.

"The West Java Regional Police have acquired the complete document from the prosecutor's office for the Dago Elos case," said the Head of West Java Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Jules Abraham Abast on Friday (7/19/2024).

The West Java Regional Police has arrested the two suspects HHM and DRM for the Dago Elos case since July 18th, 2024.

The PR chief says that the suspects have violated Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or Article 263 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code or Article 266 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

"The West Java Regional Police will hand over the two suspects on Monday at the latest and as of now the West Java Regional Police is coordinating with the prosecutor's party," conclude Abraham Abast.
