Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, has appointed Brigadier General Patrige Renwarin as the new Chief of the Papua Regional Police, replacing Commissioner General Mathius D. Fakhiri 

He succeeded Commissioner General Mathius D Fakhri in a ceremony at the INP Headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday (3/9/2024).

Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the INP Public Relations Division Head of the Public Information Bureau, confirmed the appointment, referring to the Police Chief’s Telegram on position transfers, numbered ST/1845/VIII/KEP./2024, issued on 28 August 2024.

General Fakhiri will now serve as a policy analyst for the INP Mobile Brigade Corps. General Patrige Renwarin, who was the Deputy Chief of the Papua Police, now leads the P Brigadier General Faizal Ramdani, previously the Chief of the Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force, will take over as Deputy Chief of the Papua Police.
